• Your email address (required).
• Your first name (optional).
• A record of your consent, including the consent wording version (UK-LAUNCH-LIST-2026-08-28), the date and time you gave it, and where you signed up.
• Limited technical information needed to operate and protect the form, such as a one-way hashed value derived from your network connection used solely for rate limiting. We do not store your IP address itself.

The launch-list form does not ask for and must not be used to send health information. Please do not include health details in any field.

• To keep a record of your consent, so we can show it was properly given.

We do not add launch-list registrations to unrelated Aldrick marketing lists, and we do not sell your information.

We rely on your consent to send you UK launch marketing emails. We rely on our legitimate interests in keeping accurate consent records and protecting the form from abuse.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing legal@aldrick.com, or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails once email sending begins. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

We use service providers to host the website and store launch-list records on our behalf. They may process your information only on our instructions, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes. We have not yet appointed an email service provider for UK launch emails; no UK launch emails will be sent until one is appointed and a working unsubscribe mechanism is in place, and we will update this notice at that point.

Aldrick is operated from the United States, so launch-list information is processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. We are finalising the specific transfer safeguards for this processing (for example the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) and will state them in this notice before UK launch emails are sent. We will not describe a safeguard here until it is in place.

We keep launch-list information until Aldrick UK launches and you have been contacted, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to launch in the United Kingdom — whichever happens first. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again.

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to be informed, and the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, including the right to object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@aldrick.com.

These UK pages load only what is strictly necessary to display the page and operate the launch-list form. We do not use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or third-party marketing scripts on them.
